Shipping Policy
Below are the shipping and order management conditions of Simona Studio:
I. Shipments to Spain:
- Free shipping: For purchases equal to or greater than €100 in Spain (mainland) - specific promotions may could modify this condition).
- Shipping cost (Spain Mainland): €4.95 for orders less than €100
- Delivery times: The approximate delivery time is 24/48h business hours from the order confirmation for the mainland and Balearic Islands (except during sales periods, Black Friday, or other promotions, where the period may be longer, and causes beyond the company's control).
II. Shipments to the European Union.
- Shipping cost: 9,90€ (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal)
- Delivery times: Between 3 and 5 business days from the shipping confirmation.
III. Returns:
- Returns, except in cases of error by Simona Studio, will be borne by the buyer.
IV. Purchase Confirmation:
- After making the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with the order details. Check your spam folder if you do not receive it. For any issues, contact contact@simona-studio.com.
V. Promotional Codes and Discounts:
- Promotional codes must be entered in the purchase summary before finalizing the order.
- Only one promotional code is allowed per person and online order.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined.
- In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded.
- The coupon is not redeemable for cash.
