Refund policy

Changes and Returns in Physical Store:

You have a period of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to make an exchange in our physical store. You can exchange the items in your order for others of equal or greater value, paying the difference if applicable. In case of exchange for an item of lesser value, a voucher for the difference will be issued, redeemable in our physical and online stores without an expiration date. No refunds will be made in cash or card.

The garments must be in perfect condition and retain their original packaging. The washing and care instructions are specified on the garment's label; Simona Studio is not responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing. Once an exchange is made in-store, returns of the exchanged garment will not be accepted. The conditions will be governed by the exchange and return policy in force at the time of the exchange.

Changes and Returns for Online Orders:

For changes or returns of online orders, contact contact@simona-studio.com indicating your order number. Once the return is accepted, send the item to the following address:

The buyer will bear the return costs. You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product until its receipt in our store to make changes or returns.

In case of a total return, the full amount will be refunded using the original payment method. Refunds will not be made using methods different from the one used for purchase, nor will shipping costs be refunded. The garments must be in perfect condition and retain their original packaging. Claims for Damage or Defects:

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product to submit claims for damage or defects.

Exclusions:

Returns or exchanges of items will not be accepted that:

• Exceed the established period (15 days).
• Are not in perfect condition.
• Show signs of use or incorrect washing.
• Belong to the ARCHIVE SALE collection.

Liability for Loss or Theft:

Simona Studio is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once the carrier has made the delivery to the correct address or following the specific instructions provided by the buyer.

Returns due to Simona Studio's Error:

If the return or exchange is due to a shipping or product error on our part, we will collect the package at the indicated address and cover all costs associated with the return and the shipment of the correct order in case of an exchange.
