Refund Policy and Terms of Service

In-Store Exchanges and Returns:

You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to make an exchange at our physical store. You may exchange items from your order for others of equal or greater value, paying the difference if applicable. If you exchange for a lower-priced item, a store credit voucher for the difference will be issued. This voucher can be used in our physical and online stores and has no expiration date. No cash or card refunds will be issued.

Items must be in perfect condition and retain their original packaging. Washing and care instructions are specified on the item's label; Simona Studio is not responsible for damages caused by incorrect washing. Once an item has been exchanged in-store, no further returns of the exchanged item will be accepted. Conditions are governed by the exchange and return policy in effect at the time of the exchange.

Online Order Exchanges and Returns:

For online order exchanges or returns, please contact contact@simona-studio.com, including your order number.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You have 15 calendar days from the date you receive the product until we receive it at our store to make an exchange or return.

In the case of a full return, the total amount will be refunded using the original payment method. No refunds will be issued to a different method than the one used for the purchase, and shipping costs will not be refunded. Items must be in perfect condition and retain their original packaging. Claims for Damage or Defects:

You have 15 calendar days from the receipt of the product to submit claims for damage or defects.

Exclusions:

No returns or exchanges will be accepted for items that:

• Exceed the established deadline (15 days).

• Are not in perfect condition.

• Show signs of use or incorrect washing.

• Belong to the ARCHIVE SALE collection.

Responsibility for Loss or Theft:

Simona Studio is not responsible for the loss or theft of packages once the carrier has delivered them to the correct address or following specific instructions provided by the buyer.

Returns due to a Simona Studio Error:

If the return or exchange is due to a shipping or product error on our part, we will collect the package from the specified address and cover all costs associated with the return and the shipment of the correct order in the case of an exchange.
