- Free shipping: For purchases equal to or greater than €120 in mainland Spain (except for specific promotions that may modify this condition).
- Shipping cost (Peninsula Spain): €4.95 for orders under €120.
- Shipping to Ceuta, Melilla and the Canary Islands: We do not ship to these regions
- Delivery times: The approximate delivery time is 24-48 working hours from order confirmation for the peninsula and Balearic Islands (except during sales periods, Black Friday or other promotions, where the time may be longer, and causes beyond the company's control).
Shipping cost: €9.90 (Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Switzerland and Portugal).
Delivery times: Between 3 and 5 business days from the shipment confirmation.
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to make a return. To begin the return process, please email us at contact@simona-studio.com and we will guide you through the process.
Returns, except in cases of error on the part of Simona Studio, will be at the buyer's expense.
- Promotional codes must be entered in the purchase summary before finalizing the order.
- Only one promotional code is allowed per person and online order.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined.
- In case of return or exchange, the value of the coupon will not be refunded.
